To drive root-and-branch reform and demand meaningful change at Holyrood, individual stories must be translated into undeniable collective evidence. We cannot fix a system that operates entirely in the dark.

What the Questionnaire Covers
Our secure, confidential experience-gathering questionnaire looks at the systemic realities of Scotland's civil family justice system, including:

- The impact and use of court-appointed experts and unvalidated psychological concepts.
- Instances of court-ordered separations, contact restrictions, and child trauma.
- The financial, professional, and emotional toll of post-separation legal weaponisation.
